So, I found out it's a lot harder to have the melody and then figure
out the chords. First I wrote down the notes in each measure and tried
to figure out which chords had those notes, but then they kind of
"blend" and the song's kinda blah. Then I tried to figure out which
chords would sound good just by ear, which as you can imagine, also
didn't work. It was suggested that I figure out the key first by
taking all of the notes from the melody and seeing what scale they are
in; is this a good start?
